The wonderful drawing of a beautiful Larimar is particularly evident in the cabochon cut. Larimar is an extremely rare and expensive gem. The stone has a groove all around (approx. 1 mm wide and approx. 1 mm deep) into which the macrame yarn or a wire can be worked in well.
